MISS YOU POSTCARD
The aspect of my job at Primitives by Kathy that I love the most is coming up with new ways to engage specific audiences. A good example of this can be found within our Miss You program, which is intended to reach and re-engage customers who have not made a purchase within a certain period of time.

While Primitives by Kathy does love to use postcard mailers to reach customers, it is always fun to think of ways that the content can communicate with the recipients in a unique way, making the company and interaction memorable.

For this project, I had come up with the idea to joke about a common spam phone call regarding one's extended car warranty. This keeps the interaction light, fun, and relatable. By referencing an interaction that is known for feeling like junk/spam, it also makes this mailed postcard feel less like that.
